Also Known As Ezra Cross
He’s one of a pair.
Identical twin to Damon.
And an enforcer for the Inferno if one is ever needed.
I knew better than to get involved with him.
With his aggression.
With the constant fights.
With the games the twins were known to play with every woman stupid enough to fall for them.
We made a mistake when we met again as adults.
I fell in love.
He fell in love.
His brother fell in love, too.
What used to be a good time is now a tragedy.
Our story is messy.
Despite all that, Ezra refuses to let go.
*** Each novel in the series depicts a unique romance, but the plots through each book connect in one world. For the best experience, read the series in order.
Nine Dangerous Men. Nine Unrepentant Sinners. Nine Irresistible Manipulators.
My Review: *****
Violence is the third book in the Antihero Inferno series by the fantastic Lily White. It’s Ezra’s story, one-half of the identical Cross twins, the older, dark, brooding, gorgeous, cold as ice, aggressive fighter who never gives up on what he wants. Ezra and Damon are also known as enforcers. They had a horrible childhood of physical and mental abuse and taught to fight as a way to survive.
Back in high school, Mason bet Ezra & Damon to get the boring fridge princess, Emily Donahue, in bed. So, this whole thing started as a bet, an amusement, a game to see if they could get Emily into their bed. They didn’t expect to fall in love, the triangle that turned into so much more than any of them ever anticipated.
Keep in mind, while this is about Ezra, Damon, and Emily, it’s also intertwining another mystery surrounding the Inferno Group as a whole. There will be more clues given surrounding the evolving mystery, but if you are like me, you will have even more questions than answers. Intriguing series, bring on Heresy!
