The Brazen is the third book in the Calamity Montana series, and it’s about Kerrigan Hale, the owner of the farmhouse, the yoga studio, and the loft. Kerrigan is always working on her next DIY project. Her longtime mentor and investor suddenly died, and now she has to deal with his grandson Pierce Sullivan. Pierce is a brazen billionaire, and he seems intent on ruining Kerrigan’s life. Pierce called in her loan gave Kerrigan thirty days to pay; thinking she would give in or go bankrupt, he didn’t care so long as she was out of his life. Kerrigan, sassy and persistent, will not be defeated or ignored. This Montana Series makes me want to take a trip out west to see the big sky country. I love Devney Perry’s writing; she hits it out of the park with every story.
