‘Bugger!’ I exclaimed out loud, as once again I dropped the stunning antique pearl necklace I was supposed to be wearing as part of my bridesmaid garb. Alex had presented it to me yesterday as his gift to the bridesmaid and I was in love with it already. The pearls were large but not ostentatious, and they had a pretty almost golden creamy quality to them, but the clasp was frustrating me. Either that or I was all fingers and thumbs after my last encounter with Nathan. The pit of my stomach was still somersaulting at his words and actions towards me.
Was it possible to love and hate someone at the same time?
I was beginning to think that it most definitely was. I know he was hurt, but did he have to be so extremely cruel and hateful towards me? I was starting to hate him, the way he was treating me was brutal, but somewhere deep down inside I knew that I still preferred his torture of me to being ignored by him.
What did that make me? Some kind of masochist? It beggared belief.
I was fumbling around on the floor next to my large bed, on my hands and knees, trying to find the necklace, as it had bounced off somewhere out of my view.
‘Mmmm… my favourite position for submission.’ The deep voice of my willing tormentor filled my normally quiet and calm space. I sat up quickly and stared at the physical specimen filling nearly the entirety of the oak doorframe. I had never seen a smart Nathan before and he was quite simply stunning. Navy blue tailored trousers and a white button-down collared shirt, which was untucked and only buttoned in the middle, revealing his abs at the base and his tattoos at the top and the sleeves were rolled up, showing his heavily tattooed forearms. His hair was still wet, from the shower I presumed, and for the first time that I’d ever seen, his hair was smart and not sporting the just-fucked look he normally wore so well. My eyes ran the entire length of him and I took in his turned up trousers and bare feet. Typical Nathan, he was smart for the wedding but had added little twists to his outfit that just of screamed of his attitude and non-compliance.
Recovering slightly from the feelings he churned up inside me, I managed to retort, ‘I believe my door was closed, I didn’t hear you knock… what the hell do you want?’ Standing up now and clasping my necklace tightly in my fisted hand, I stared at the man now invading my privacy with his mere presence. He moved and prowled towards me, eating up the space between us. Once he had entered my personal space, I heard him inhale deeply.
‘Here, let me,’ he offered, as he held his calloused fingers out, to take the necklace from me. Semi-reluctantly, I handed it over to him, but with a sense of relief that I could now legitimately turn my back to him and close my eyes. My hair had been put up earlier by the hairdresser and it had lots of loose tendrils that I knew he would have to move or pick up one by one, to avoid them being tangled in the necklace. What I hadn’t considered, was the time he would take doing it. It was like some strange, extremely erotic foreplay. The necklace was placed gently around my neck, caressing my collarbones, then it was pulled tight so quickly I gasped, my eyes opened and my hand flew to my throat. As the necklace was competently fastened and then released, the coldness of each pearl touched my burning skin. He lifted each curl and tendril slowly and separately, stroking them between his fingertips and then replacing them gently over the top of the pearls. Each touch of his rough fingertips sent electric currents coursing through my system and my bare arms broke out immediately in goose bumps. I knew that no one else had ever made me feel the way he did, and unfortunately no one else would probably ever do so again. Suddenly Nathan pulled me to him, my back to his front, and immediately I felt the lined contours of his rock hard body and his erection as it stabbed into the small of my back. With my increased breathing rate, I knew I had told him everything I had been trying so hard to keep from him.
As if he had ever been in any doubt.
My body sang out loudly to his whenever we were within sight of each other. That’s what he did to me plain and simple and my avoidance, it seemed, was futile.
‘A pearl necklace… eh, Bella? I remember the last one I fucking gave to you as you begged me for my cock… and by the way you’re trembling in front of me now, I know that you damn well remember it, too.’ I felt his breath in my ear as he whispered to me, my core muscles tightening involuntarily.
My Grecian-style dress was sleeveless and crossed over my boobs. He easily removed the straps from my shoulders and replaced them with his large hands, moving but barely touching my skin, every moment was the torture he so obviously meant it to be. Not for the first time, I felt it was possible for me to spontaneously combust at his touch. The feeling of pleasure was quickly replaced by a sudden burst of sublime pain, as Nathan bit down on my shoulder and then very quickly licked the place where abruptly every nerve ending had seemingly gathered.
‘I could make you cum… here and now…’ Nathan’s rasping whisper filled the shell of my ear and broke my trance.
‘Bella… Are you coming? Frankie needs you.’ Ruby’s voice got louder as she came closer to my room. ‘Oh… everything OK in here?’ she added. I couldn’t see her but knew she was now poised in the doorway taking in the scene.
‘Yep…she’s nearly coming aren’t you, darlin,’ added the bastard behind me, as he placed the straps back onto my shoulders, effectively covering up his mark I knew I would be wearing. Almost in a sleep walking state I took one step forward away from him and turned, I picked up my grandmother’s pearl-earrings box from on top of the quilt cover and called out to the retreating figure, ‘Ruby… wait up, please… Thank you, Nathan, for your assistance.’
I hurried out of the stifling room and fell into step with Ruby, who offered me a concerned look. I shook my head at her and tried to convince her with a broad smile that it was nothing. I could still hear Nathan laughing behind me as I knocked on Frankie and Alex’s door. I opened it and plastered a mask onto my face.
‘I’m here, gorgeous girl… sorry about the delay… I was having trouble doing up my necklace. Here’s your something borrowed.’

Giving in to You, by L.M. Carr

Giving in to you, Carr

Thank you, LM Carr, for the opportunity to read your work, must say that I have been missing out for a while now and can’t wait to finish reading Adam’s and Mia’s story.

Although this is a work of fiction, the story could be anyone’s real life.  It contains envy, jealousy, deceit, revenge, and betrayal. Oh, and love, lots of love. Will Mia find her happy ever after? Will Adam find what he is looking for? What will happen with Gina and Chris, will they reap what they sow? More importantly, will Luke and Maddie ever have a fulfilling, loving family? So many questions will we find out the answers in the next book? 4 out 5 stars.

L.M. Carr is relatively a new author, at least new to me. I went in blindly reading her work before doing due diligence. Must say triumphal that I did just read her words, love the way she sets up a scene, so realistic, that I can picture myself sitting at Maples people watching.  Think I might have been the one walking into the hallway to eavesdrop on the conversation between Adam and Chris.

Casey Evans and Decker Abrams have been best friends since they became neighbors at the age of six. After high school, Casey abruptly leaves their hometown of Charleston, South Carolina for the west coast, leaving Decker wondering where she went and why she left.

Three years later the two are reunited, both harboring some old resentment towards the other. Not to mention, Casey has been hiding a pretty big secret from Decker all those years. Not willing to risk losing Casey again, Decker follows her back to California in an attempt to save their friendship.

Will Casey and Decker work out their issues and be best friends again? Or will they finally become something more?

EXCERPT

“Have your kissed anyone, Casey?” Decker asked after we spread out the blanket and sat down cross-legged at the end of the dock.

I laughed. “No, Deck. Guys don’t want to kiss me.”

“That’s not true,” he said.

“Then how come I’m seventeen and I’ve never been kissed?”

He looked down at his hands, fidgeting in his lap.

“Decker?” I asked sternly. What did he do?

“I may have threatened a few of the guys on the team.”

“What?! Why? How?” I couldn’t believe he did that . No wonder guys never talked to me, let alone kissed me. I knew I was plain and all, but still. There’s someone for everyone, right? All those guys that talked to me and he chased away …

“None of those guys are good enough for you.”

“Shouldn’t that be for me to decide?” I cross my arms over my chest, downright pissed off now.

How dare he?

“I’m sorry, Case.”

“Hmmf.” I stared off into the water, ignoring him.

Decker sighed. “You know what? I’m not sorry. I don’t want you kissing other guys and that’s that.”

My eyes snapped back to his. “Excuse me?”

“You heard me,” he said, looking down at his hands again.

“Yeah, I heard you. That’s a bunch of crap, Decker. You can’t just run interference all my life.” If I was sitting, I would have stomped my feet.

“Wanna bet?”

I rolled my eyes. Arguing with him with useless. He was the most stubborn person I knew, next to myself of course.

“Whatever, Decker.”

He sighed again. “I want to be your first kiss,” he whispered, so quietly I barely heard him.

“What did you just say?”

He looked up at me. “I said I want to be your first kiss.”

“What? Why? Decker?” I didn’t know what to say. Where was this coming from? Decker wants to kiss me? Why?

“Because when I think back to my first kiss, I want it to be a happy memory. And Casey, all my memories with you are happy ones.”

I felt tears well up in my eyes. Well, if that wasn’t the sweetest thing Decker Abrams had ever said to me. And I’d be his first kiss, too? Gorgeous Decker Abrams has never kissed a girl?

He groaned at the tears. “Don’t cry, Case.”

“Happy tears, Deck. Happy tears,” I smiled at him.

He grinned that boyish grin I loved so much that always got him out of trouble … with me and every other female in his life.

“So you’ve really never kissed a girl before?” I still found that hard to believe, but Decker had never lied to me before.

He shook his head. “No. I wanted it to be special, you know?”

I nodded, “Yeah, I know.”

“So can I?” he asked, scooting closer to me on the blanket.

“Can you what?” He moved even closer.

“Kiss you?” I could feel his breath on my face, he was so close.

“Please,” I whispered, closing my eyes.

His lips brushed mine and I felt tingles all over my body. His lips were so soft, yet so firm. Suddenly his tongue was pressed against the seam of my lips. It was such a strange sensation. I wasn’t sure what I was supposed to do, but I wanted to taste him, too.

I opened my mouth and our tongues danced against one another. Touching and twisting, each sampling what the other had to offer. He finally put his arms around me and pulled me close to him. The kiss was amazing and seemingly never-ending, despite the awkward position we were twisted into. He eventually ended it with three short pecks on my lips.

As he pulled away we both opened our eyes. He smiled, so did I.

“Wow,” I said.

“Wow,” he agreed.

“Can we do that again?” I asked.

“Definitely,” he wasted no time, leaning in again.

Decker and I made out under the stars for hours that night. Never letting the other get too far away.

It was the start of something beautiful.

But it was also the beginning of the end.

EXCERPT

“Stupid, no good, piece of crap!” I wince as my sandaled foot comes into contact with the unforgiving tire of my hand-me-down Mercedes convertible. My scowl turns into a frown when I pull my foot back and see the black smudge across the white straps. This day just keeps getting worse!

I tip my head back, look up to the clouds, and pray for cell signal. When that doesn’t work, I bargain. My first born … my soul … good behavior … even better grades …

No such luck.

I’m on a quiet stretch of the interstate, between Columbia and Greenville, where there have been too few passerby, not one of them kind enough to pull over and help the damsel in distress. And boy do I look the part of a damsel in distress in a white sundress and sandals with long, dark blonde hair and big, doe-like brown eyes – the picture of innocence.

If it weren’t for the hot midday sun beating down on my shoulders, I’d probably be terrified. This whole situation has a classic serial killer vibe to it, add in darkness and I would not be standing outside my vehicle right now.

I lean back against the hot car and sigh. What a day. I drove all the way to Greenville to volunteer at a community clinic’s event, just to be informed upon arrival that the event had been rescheduled. They’d posted a notice at the site, which is really helpful when you’re one hundred miles away. I frown at my dirty sandal.

Stupid car. Yes, it’s a Mercedes, but no, it’s not brand new. It’s a 1995 model passed down from my father. It has seen many, many better days in its lifetime. My dad has always taken very good care of his cars, hence the reason this fifteen-plus-year-old car is now mine. My parents may be mostly absent from my life, but my dad wouldn’t have given me a beater for a car.

Truth is, I probably missed an oil change or something. Whatever. I don’t know anything about cars. Ask me to recite all the bones in the human body and I’ll do it. Ask me to name one part of a car and you’ll get crickets. I’m practically a genius, according to my latest IQ score administered by the director of the “gifted program” at my high school, so I’m sure the mechanics of a car wouldn’t be too difficult for me to figure out and understand, but this is one of those instances where I’d rather succumb to the gender stereotypes and just play the clueless female role. There’s enough information floating around in my brain without my choosing to add more, though part of me kind of wishes I at least knew how to pop my hood right about now.

Hearing the sound of a vehicle approaching behind me, I spin around to look. Smiling widely, I’m suddenly grateful for my vehicular ignorance and damsel in distress appearance. It’s an older sedan, maybe not as old as my hand-me-down, but it doesn’t appear to be well kept. I can just make out that the driver is male through the dirty windshield.

Jeez. I hope he’s not a serial killer or something? Seriously, Kate? You did not think this through at all.

I open my car door and busy myself looking for something that could be a potential weapon should this turn into Wrong Turn. Empty water bottle, a stack of flyers for another volunteer project I’m working on, a weathered copy of Gone with the Wind … I eye the book. It’s a hardback, it might be my best bet.

I hear a throat clear and pop my head up, narrowly missing bumping it on the roof of my car. I can only see his face over the roof of the car as he’s standing on the passenger side, lower in the soft shoulder of the highway. My five foot two inch height doesn’t help matters either. But wow, if his face is anything to go by, his body must be amazing. He has the most intense gray eyes, almost silver. His nose looks slightly crooked, like it’s been broken once or twice, and he has a strong, squared jaw with subtle stubble. His hair is buzzed very short so I can’t quite tell the color but it looks dirty blond, and he’s hot – er – sweaty. Yeah, sweaty. His brow is glistening with it.

He’s all man and seventeen year old self doesn’t quite know what to do with the attraction I feel. I have never felt so nervous around a guy before. Ever. I simply don’t have time for this sort of thing. Not with my AP classes, studying, extracurricular activities, volunteer work, and college applications.

“Hey,” I smoothly call out to him, if I do say so myself.

The corner of his mouth lifts in a slight smirk and butterflies take flight in my tummy. He doesn’t move to come around to my side of the car, which is just find by me. If he were closer, he’d see the slight trembling of my hands and he might actually hear the swarm of butterflies.

“Know anything about cars?”

1001 Dark Nights/Easy for Keeps

I love this place. I’ve worked at The Odyssey most of my life. First, for Callie’s dad, and then for her after he passed last year. And now that we’re planning to expand the space, Callie asked me to be her partner. The paperwork was finalized last week, and the expansion is moving forward.

It’s exciting and terrifying at the same time. I don’t just work here, I’m part owner and able to leave at a moment’s notice if the notion struck me.

Not that I ever have, or would, do that. But it was an option.

Now strings are attached, and I’ve never been a strings kind of guy. In fact, at the first mention of commitment, I’m a run-in-the-other-direction kind of guy.

And I make no apologies for it. The women I’m with know the score. I keep my life simple.

This is work, I remind myself. I’ve had a soft spot for The Odyssey for a long time, so attaching myself permanently is a good move.

It’s not a woman.

“You didn’t go home with her,” Callie says as she comes out of her office, surprising me.

“I thought you went home,” I reply instead of answering her question. “Didn’t I see Declan earlier?”

Declan is a popular New Orleans musician and Callie’s husband.

“You did,” she replies with a soft smile. “But I had some work to do here, and sometimes I just like to stay until closing.”

“We’re bar people,” I reply with a smile and walk behind the bar to pull out a bottle of water.

“So, why didn’t you give that pretty thing a ride on your desk?” Callie asks in the nonjudgmental way that only she can. She’s my best friend for a reason.

“Wasn’t feeling it,” I reply with a shrug, then grin. “Literally.”

“Harhar,” she replies, but her smile is bright. “I haven’t heard many women stories lately.”

“You enjoy my conquest stories?” I ask, not believing her. “You always cover your ears and tell me to shut it.”

“Well, some of them are just gross. Like the time you had sex in the back of a cab. That’s just not sanitary, Adam.”

“Sex isn’t supposed to be sanitary, Cal. If you’re worried about sanitation, you aren’t doing it right.”

Parisian Nights by Louise Bay

The moment I laid eyes on the new photographer at work, I had his number. Cocky, arrogant and super wealthy—women were eating out of his hand as soon as his tight ass crossed the threshold of our office. But not me. I knew better. When we were forced to go to Paris together for an assignment, I wasn’t interested in his seductive smile, his sexy accent or his dirty laugh. I wasn’t falling for his charms.

Until I did.
Until Paris.

Until he was kissing me and I was wondering how it happened. Until he was dragging his lips across my skin and I was hoping for more. Paris does funny things to a girl and he might have gotten me naked. But Paris couldn’t last forever.
Parisian Nights is a sexy, standalone, contemporary romance with no cliffhanger.

Mister “O” by Lauren Blakely

Mr. O teaser 3“You’re good, Nick. You know just what to do and how to behave. This is why you attract women in droves.”
I kind of want to protest. I feel like she has this impression of me that I don’t necessarily want her to have, but I’m not sure how to deflect this. “Because I have a gift?”
“That and several other reasons.” She waves broadly at my arms. It’s October, but it’s not chilly tonight so I don’t have a jacket on. “First, there are the arms. All that ink and muscle.”
She roams her eyes over my biceps. “I mean, your ink is awesome,” she says, pointing to the shapes and swirls I designed myself. The tattoos are abstract lines and curves, but inside them there’s a sun, a moon, and stars, because those were the first things I realized I was good at drawing.
“Then, the body. Mr. Men’s Health-I’m-so-fit,” she says in this mocking tone, but it’s not me she’s making fun of. It’s the article.
“You read it?”
“I read everything. I devour information,” she says, and we’re right back to that place I seem to inhabit with her, where she compliments me, but she could be saying it like I’m a car she’s considering buying. And this one has one hundred seventy horsepower.
“And then, there’s your face, and you have all this awesome scruff on it.”
I run a hand over my jaw, and the neat, trim beard that’s like an additional sex toy I can bring to the bedroom. “Chicks dig the beard,” I say, with a lopsided grin.
“I bet they do,” she says under her breath. She doesn’t say anything else right away. She presses her teeth into the corner of her lip and then speaks, more softly than before. “Can I feel it?”
FUCK, YES.
She raises her hand and touches my jaw. My breath hitches as she runs her thumb across the light bristles. I’m keenly aware of every second that passes, one ticking into the next as she touches me, stroking my jawline like she’s mesmerized by the texture.
“Soft,” she whispers, almost in wonder as she stares at my chin. My heart starts hammering, and I fight to stay still. When she says, “But kind of hard, too,” I swear, I don’t know how I manage not to cup her cheeks, back her up against the stone wall, and just kiss the hell out of her. Kiss, touch, grind, and then some. I want to yank that lush body against mine, let her feel how much she turns me on, and find out if I do the same thing to her. The way her breath barely catches sends my mind spinning and lust spiraling tight in me. I can’t help but hope she wants what I do, and it feels like she could, going by the way she touches my face. It truly fucking does, and maybe that’s why her name takes shape in my throat like a warning.
So she knows she’s playing with fire if she touches me like this again.

ABOUT MISTER O:

✮✮✮MISTER O will be available on Kindle on release day May 2!✮✮✮

Just call me Mister O. Because YOUR pleasure is my super power.

Mr. O teaser 1

Making a woman feel ‘oh-god-that’s-good’ is the name of the game, and if a man can’t get the job done, he should get the hell out of the bedroom. I’m talking toe-curling, mind-blowing, sheet-grabbing ecstasy. Like I provide every time.

I suppose that makes me a superhero of pleasure, and my mission is to always deliver.

But then I’m thrown for a loop when a certain woman asks me to teach her everything about how to win a man. The only problem? She’s my best friend’s sister, but she’s far too tempting to resist–especially when I learn that sweet, sexy Harper has a dirty mind too and wants to put it to good use. What could possibly go wrong as I give the woman I’ve secretly wanted some no-strings-attached lessons in seduction?

Mr.O teaser 2

No one will know, even if we send a few dirty sexts. Okay, a few hundred. Or if the zipper on her dress gets stuck. Not on that! Or if she gives me those f*&k-me-eyes on the train in front of her whole family.

The trouble is the more nights I spend with her in bed, the more days I want to spend with her out of bed. And for the first time ever, I’m not only thinking about how to make a woman cry out in pleasure –I’m thinking about how to keep her in my arms for a long time to come.

Looks like the real Adventures of Mister Orgasm have only just begun….

Mister O by Lauren Blakely

Just call me Mister O. Because YOUR pleasure is my super powerMister O cover

✮✮✮MISTER O will be available on Kindle on release day May 2!✮✮✮

Making a woman feel ‘oh-god-that’s-good’ is the name of the game, and if a man can’t get the job done, he should get the hell out of the bedroom. I’m talking toe-curling, mind-blowing, sheet-grabbing ecstasy. Like I provide every time.

I suppose that makes me a superhero of pleasure, and my mission is to always deliver.Mr. O teaser 1But then I’m thrown for a loop when a certain woman asks me to teach her everything about how to win a man.

No one will know, even if we send a few dirty sexts. Okay, a few hundred. Or if the zipper on her dress gets stuck. Not on that! Or if she gives me those f*&k-me-eyes on the train in front of her whole family.Mr.O teaser 2The trouble is the more nights I spend with her in bed, the more days I want to spend with her out of bed. And for the first time ever, I’m not only thinking about how to make a woman cry out in pleasure –I’m thinking about how to keep her in my arms for a long time to come.Mr. O teaser 3Looks like the real Adventures of Mister Orgasm have only just begun….

**MISTER O is a standalone romantic comedy and it follows supporting characters first introduced in BIG ROCK**

Ask me my three favorite things and the answers are so easy they roll off my tongue. Hitting a homerun for my softball league, drawing a killer cartoon panel, and, oh yeah, making a woman come so hard she sees stars.

Not gonna lie. That last one is my favorite, by about a mile. Giving a woman a sheet-grabbing, toe-curling, mind-blowing orgasm is pretty much the Best Thing Ever.

A woman’s climax is like summer break, Christmas morning, and a vacation in Fiji all rolled together in one fantastic package of window-shattering bliss.

Hell, if we could harness the beauty and energy from women coming, we could probably power cities, solve global warming, fix every problem known to man. The female orgasm is basically the manifestation of everything good in the world.

Especially when I deliver them, and I’ve given thousands upon thousands. I’m like a superhero of pleasure, a good-deed doer, the once-upon-a-geek-now-a-stud, and my mission is to dispense as many climaxes to my lovers as possible.

How have I managed to achieve this amazing feat? Simple. I’m both a student and a master of the art of giving Os. I consider myself an expert because — in the interest of full disclosure here — I’m completely, 100% obsessed with a woman’s enjoyment between the sheets. Getting her off is the name of the game, and if you can’t get that job done, you should get the hell out of the bedroom.

But, hey, I’m also humble enough to admit I’m still a learner.

Since there is always something new to discover with a woman.

Does she want it soft, hard, fast, light, rough? Does she like it with teeth, toys, my cock, my tongue, my fingers? Would she want a little something extra, like a feather, a vibrator, or some sort of fantastic combination of all of the above? Every woman is different and every path to her pleasure is its own erotic journey with so many fantastic stops to make along the way.

I take mental notes, study her cues, and always get out and do the field work.

I suppose that makes me the Magellan of the female orgasm. A true explorer, venturing forth, fearless and ready at any moment, to map the terrain of her pleasure until she cries out in rapture.

Fine, some might say I have an addiction.

But really, is it a bad thing that I love to make the woman I’m with feel good? If that makes me a guy with a one-track mind, then I’m guilty as fucking charged. I’ll freely admit that when I meet a woman I’m into, I’m picturing in seconds what she looks like coming, how she sounds, how I want to send her soaring.

The trouble is, there’s one woman I just can’t go there with, even though lately my brain desperately wants to figure out how to drive her wild. It’s been an epic battle, and I’ve had to keep her in a special drawer, locked, sealed and key thrown away because she is the definition of hands off.

Which sucks royally because she’s about to make things even harder with the words that come out of her mouth.

in Fire

“Lady, if I were you, I’d get the hell away from here ‘cause
when I make it up this hill, I’m gonna be looking for you.” Lucky Coalson’s
luck has run out.  His ex-wife turned out to be a con artist; his business
is in a shambles; and he’s been tossed into a muddy river by a smart assed
feminist with a chip on her shoulder.  Things couldn’t get much worse…or
so he thought.
When Lucky’s accused of murdering his ex-wife, the Coalson
family enlists the help of a private investigator to gather the clues necessary
to prove his innocence. Little did they know that Renee Morgan is the same
woman that sent Lucky scrambling up a sodden river bank at the height of a
storm.
The two square off immediately, but Renee’s admiration of
the Coalson family, despite her dislike of Lucky, is the deciding factor in her
acceptance of the job. And although Lucky bristles every time she speaks, he
grudgingly respects her intelligence and savvy skills as a private investigator.
As the hunt for the killer escalates, the two find they are
not the only ones looking for the mysterious assassin. And the other people are
more than willing to take out anyone that gets in their way, including those
that Lucky and Renee hold dear to their hearts.

In a moment of passion that rocks them to the core, they
realize their love may be forged in fire, but both have been badly burned by
past lovers, and too stubborn to admit the truth.  Can they find a way
around their fears, or will Lucky’s ex-wife continue to plague him from the
grave?
